At Bamboo Lifestyle, we believe that it’s OK to take time to try out our products and take time to change your mind whether or not our products are right for you. We value your ultimate decision and therefore that’s why we confidently offer a No Questions Asked* Return and Refund Policy under the 120 Nights Trial offer. * Subject to the terms and conditions below.

  1. To initiate a return for any Product, call the Bamboo Lifestyle Support Team on (+91)8369562886 or email us at for raising a return request. You will be required to provide images of the Product and the original invoice.
  2. The return request will be required to be made by the original purchaser of the Product as evidenced by the invoice and shall be made no later than 120 days from the date of purchase of the Product.
  3. Our support team shall thereafter validate the return request within 48 hours and thereafter a notification and regular updates on the process shall be sent to the customer by email and/or SMS.
  4. The Products for which a return request has been made and approved by us shall be inspected and picked up from the customer’s premises within 7 (Seven) business days of raising a return request and the logistic costs of the return pickup shall be solely borne by [us].
  5. In case of Products for which a return request has been made that does not meet the product return eligibility criteria (see product return eligibility criteria below), as is evidenced from the photos sent by the customer at the time of raising of the return request and/or upon verification of the Product by our team prior to and/or post pickup of the Product, we may in our sole discretion, either
    (i) reject the return request, or (ii) deduct such amount from the total purchase amount of the Product as is attributable to the damaged product and refund the remaining amount to the customer in terms hereof. In all other cases, subject to the Product having passed the quality check test and being eligible for return, we shall ensure that a full refund is given with no questions asked and that the return and refund process is as hassle free as possible from our end.
  6. For any approved returns, we shall at the option of the customer, either (i) provide a credit of the eligible refund amount as herein before which may be utilized for future purchases on our website, or (ii) credit the eligible refund amount to the original mode of payment in case of netbanking and/or credit/debit card payments (which may usually take 7~10 days by the banks) or remit the eligible refund amount to the bank account of the customer in cases where cash on delivery was the original mode of payment.
  7. Product return eligibility criteria: In order for any Product to be eligible for return under the 120 Nights offer, it shall be in good condition and the manufacturer reserves the right to reject and/or refuse the request for return should it appear to the manufacturer, either from the photos of the Product sent alongwith the return request and/or upon inspection during pickup, that there is any damage (viz. stains, cuts, tears, deformity, fraying, stitches coming undone, moisture, mold, pests, rodents, odours, foul smell and/or other physical, structural, external and/or other damage) to the products as a result of improper handling, care and/or usage of the products, which includes without limitation, (i) the products not being placed on a smooth and flat surface that provides proper support, (ii) liquid and/or food spillage, (iii) exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, detergents, chemicals, pets, etc. (iv) unauthorised disassembly, assembly, repairs and/or alterations, (v) usage of products against intended purpose.
  8. This policy shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
